Julie Ledet-Fremin is in her third year at Parchman Stremmel Galleries. She recieved her BA in Art at Nicholls State University in Spring of 2007. As a student Julie studied photography, art history and the humanities.

Julie's fine-arts photography has been featured in the 2008 Texas Photographic Society's Annual National Competition, which was juried by Lisa Sutcliffe, Curator of Photography at the San Francisco Museum of Art. For years she has been active with the Society for Photographic Education, and her work is exhibited regularly in various local venues. Her work has recently been added to the Permanent Collection of the New Orleans Museum of Art, Katrina Memorial Photography Portfolio.
